  • I think I'm mostly fully recovered so I'm going to increase my exercising this month, and next month also. I don't want to gain 10 pounds like I did last year.

    aerobics 3x a week, pilates 2 x a week and weight training 2 x a week. lets see if I can do it this month. I haven't been keeping with my plans lately but at least it's a plan.

    My goal is 1500 minutes total

  • I'm in but will not set a minute goal. My knee kills me some days so even 5 minutes on the treadmill is too much. However, I will commit to doing 10 minutes on days when I'm not in agony. I'm sure not going to be the exercise queen but just wait until after my operation!
