im new here *waves*

    im new here and i wanna start SBD RIGHT NOW!!! lol
    ill just share with you my argghhhy story...
    since about February I lost 22pounds from exercise, giving up sugar, counting calories and everything...and was soooo proud and happy... and then one day.... i had a picnic bar and chocolate tiny teddies.... and i've been bingeing every night since then... and gained 18 pounds back.... in 2 months! >< its sooo frustrating ... since im a fricken sugar addict. all this new fat feels gross lol...
    anyway enough of my stressing!
    i hope the SBD works
    reading through the forum, you ppl seem like friendly committed people... and thats the motivation i need! lol

    lol i want a right now but i cant coz im on phase 1

    oooh btw... the moral of my story lol... picnic bars are evil!

    Welcome! I know exactly how you feel except carbs do that for me. I can be going along strong and then have a slice of pizza or hamburger and fries and then it's "katie bar the door" because I tend to eat nonstop after that! I can't tell you have many times I have done that in the past. Recently on two seperate occasions I lost about 15 pounds and then had a big carb dinner and left like I could not stop eating that that and I gained it all back plus some. I am not looking forward to Thanksgiving but I am going to do my best.

  • I'm just adding my to you and adding that I totally understand the slippage when we overdo on carbs!
  • I'm just finishing up day 10 on phase 1 and I feel great! The cravings for carbs. and sweets are gone. Though I know that I still "want" them, I just don't feel like I "must have them right now!"
