ill just share with you my argghhhy story...
since about February I lost 22pounds from exercise, giving up sugar, counting calories and everything...and was soooo proud and happy... and then one day.... i had a picnic bar and chocolate tiny teddies.... and i've been bingeing every night since then... and gained 18 pounds back.... in 2 months! >< its sooo frustrating ... since im a fricken sugar addict. all this new fat feels gross lol...
anyway enough of my stressing!
i hope the SBD works
reading through the forum, you ppl seem like friendly committed people... and thats the motivation i need! lol

to you and adding that I totally understand the slippage when we overdo on carbs!
I'm just finishing up day 10 on phase 1 and I feel great! The cravings for carbs. and sweets are gone. Though I know that I still "want" them, I just don't feel like I "must have them right now!"
