Started South Beach on Monday
I just thought I would say "Hey" as I browse around and try to get my feet a little wet here on the beach. I started phase one yesterday because I really want to jump start my weight loss, and to get my carb cravings under control. I've been working out with The Firm since July and while my weigh loss has been terribly slow, my muscles are firming up, and my body is slimming down. I definetly want to see the numbers on the scale getting smaller though, so South Beach here I am. :carrot:

This is a great group for support and questions. Please join the daily thread. Just jump in. You don't have to respond to everyone's post. That is what kept me from posting for a long time. But, I am glad I started. It is a great way to start the day. It keeps me grounded and reminds me what I am doing!! Good luck! |

I started on Monday, too. I've just been gaining for the last two years and decided I was rather sick of it. I went from a 12 to a 16. Best of luck to you. I'm going to hang out here and look for support. Any advice from those of you who have been losing with South Beach? Emily |
