I am in for 3 pounds. I had a horrible time staying on my towel the past week with a house full of kids and chocolate, plus since I have a day care in my home I got loads of Halloween "gifts" from the kiddos. My willpower went down the toilet. Halloween and PMS don't mix well - LOL

Back to that towel on the beach.

This is my first time going in on this, but I'd like to go in for a 5lb loss for November please! I go to TOPS and had a 6.75 lb loss for Oct!

Hi Ruth, I'm one of the guilty.... of not posting to support my fellow beachers, of not asking for their help even though I've been struggling, of not taking care of myself lately.

Put me down for 10 pounds as I'm more or less starting over (although fortunately haven't gained everything back)

My goal for Nov is 5lbs

I was 1 lb short of my goal for october so I really wanna kick it up a notch and stomp those five pounds for November into the ground :).
