Kierie, it's so good to hear you so happy and energized!!!

I'm very jealous of your journey through the 180s...and your celebration fest. ;)

I did totally pumped class yesterday, yoga this morning, and tonight I'm going to Jazzercise. I'll go do weights tomorrow morning and I'll have my four exercise times in for the week. Yee-haw! I'm halfway there...

BTW, good question...where *is* Weezle?

Ok, I need to join this challenge to keep myself in gear! I have been wearing a pedometer which helps me stay moving. Goals:
Walk 10,000 steps 5 days a week and do aerobics/stationary bike/elliptical 1 day a week
Make it halfway to my Christmas goal

My goal is to go to the gym at least 7 times before thanksgiving! I also want to weigh 63.9 kilos or less (142 lbs.)

Moving has given me a kitchen ectomy (and a subsequent healthy food-ectomy) Depending on what we get done tonight I want to hit the grocery Tommorrow or Wednesday. SO I can Kick my arse into high gear. the one good thing is the new place has 2 flights of stairs so I'm getting some activity in. and I found my sweatiin to the Oldies :lol: Lame I know but really fun! So Once we settle in I'm working out a workout plan and steppign up the frequency

Hi Ladies
While I'm not Ph1 OP I've been pretty good for Ph2. And I've been exercising! for some reason today I'm a water champ too I feel very in control! I don't know where the scale is but my close are fitting better and too big!
how are you all doing?
come on we're in the home stretch!
After this is New years Challenge!
