Happy Friday?!?!?!

Started the morning out right... Jumped on the scale after 5 GOOD days on Phase 1 - And was VERY HAPPY (WOOHOO)... Then, I got to work and the wind was SUCKED FROM MY SAILS:(

Hope everyone has a better day than I'm having - And a GREAT Weekend...

Thank you all for all of your help this week... This Forum has really made the SBD a fun and easy program to follow!!!
