    Need to apologize to everyone here at the challenge board. I have not been able to exercise this month as my mom had a bad fall and have been spending my days caring for her. Hope to re-start again in November. Hope everyone had a good month and kept up the good work!


    I can't believe it is October already. Darn Halloween coming up so the exercise challenge is a must! October can be so tricky! Here goes!

  • My goal this month have to be more moderate because of the fall.
    I have to start slow with my running/impact exercises. Pilates to work on my core 2-3 x a week, walk 5-6 days a week, maybe do elipitical or bike 1 day a week this month

  • OK I'm in again for the challenge. I smoked my last month by 500 minutes. Started late and said I would do 1500 min but ended up doing 2000 min by the end of the month. And i lost 20 lbs! Feeling great so I will say im going to do 2000 min this month. Lets keep up the great work! Lets do this!
