  • I'll go ahead and answer my own questions since the kids and dh are behaving

What condiment in your fridge can you NOT live without? salsd dressing/hummus -- a tie really

Do you have a favorite tv chef? If so, who? I love watching Alton Brown but my absolute favorite is Paula Deen 'cause I just love her (and her sons are pretty cute too). Has there been a recipe that you have wanted to make recently but been too tired/busy/lazy to make? I've wanted to make some shrimp scampi but I am not very skilled in cooking fish or shellfish. I found a great low carb recipe for it though.

Is there one diet food item that you have tried and wish that you had not wasted the money? A while ago we got some Atkins pasta but it was so horrid. Dh didn't eat it and he will usually eat anything I give him.

What kind of music or what song makes you feel good when you're having a bad day? "No Woman, No Cry" by Bob Marley is my go to song when i need to know life is gonna be ok. Also love "Don't You Worry 'Bout a Thing" by Stevie Wonder (on Innervisions -- his best album I think). But if all else fails I am a huge Beatles fanatic and anything they do makes me feel good and special.
