what can i eat?

im new to this and i was wondering what can i eat at phase 1? can i eat all the meat i want no carbs sugars? i dont know someoone inform me please

Please read the Phase I food list in the Frequently Asked Questions Forum. Did you get the book yet? You need to prepare BEFORE starting this plan.

You NEED to get the book and read it. It is NOT healthy to start SBD or Atkins without reading the book first!!! You are doing yourself no good what so ever with skipping the book.
