  • OK no more reasons to go out of town. I'm sticking to it this time. I'm going to say 750 plus (not including) commercial crunching. It will be volleyball, random cardio, circuit training, dancing, toning, pilates, and yoga.

  • Ok September is going to be a challenging month for me both with weight loss and exercise.

    Beach vacation 21 September thru' 4 October.

    Our hotel does have outdoor and indoor pools and a gym and some great local walking, so I will try to do something most days. BUT it will be hard not to just lay by the pool sipping margaritas.

    College Induction 20 September - classes start 5 October.

    My goal is to do 30 minutes of any kind of excercise (be it walk or swim or weights) every day. So total for month is 900 mins
