Told my Doc about you
 

I just got off the phone with my Doc (actually a PA). She just got the results of my last blood work and was very happy and impressed with me. She introduced me to the Beach after giving me the bad news about my diabetes in May. She asked how I stayed motivated to stick to the diet.

My answer was: all you wonderful gals at 3fatchicks. I don't think I could have done this without all the recipes and support from you.

So let me say thanks to you & her for saving me from myself. I'm on the beach for good!
