I did it! I did it!
 

Made my short term goal this a.m. I am officially down 10 pounds in 16 days. Now, I know it would have been more if I had not slipped a few times but I still have to give myself a big pat on the back! NOW, for me to make it down to the 180's will be a big accomplishment. I have not been that low in a LONG time! LOL and I know it will even go lower and lower. Here I come! ;)

Reward yourself with something you've been putting of "giving" yourself...think tickets to a show, buying something (antiquing if you're into that) you've been wanting, or a nice massage! You deserve it for your hard work!
