Thanks for the help..and a funny story
 

I had my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, and wanted to say thanks for all the food recommendation some of you gave me. It was very funny, my husband was trying to get me something to eat because the pain pills and antibiotics I was given can't be taken on an empty stomach. I ate a SF pudding when I got home from surgery, and some oatmeal. Dinner time came and he went and got me some lo mein noodles from our fav. chinese place (which I avoid like the plague now!). I sat down at the table, took 3 bites, and blacked out. When I came to, the noodles came back up! Sooo, I took it as a sign....don't have use this as an excuse to ruin the diet. Haven't had a problem with any other foods since, but of course they are all approved!

Sorry if this grosses some of you out!
