We get all our glasses & contacts at Wal-Mart. Their guarentee is just too good. Even when we do something stupid (step on 'em) they replace them for free. Plus whenever I'm in the store they do repairs and adjustments and never charge. I love that. It came in especially handy when my daughter was away in college in Virginia and stepped on her new glasses. She went to their local Wal-Mart with no receipt and they just looked it up on the computer and she walked out with new glasses. FREE.

I've found a cheap Canadian site on the Internet, but I don't get something... is there anyone who can help me, please? :?:
I see the "power" on my prescription, and I assume the diametre is pretty standard. (14) But I don't get the "base curve". (which, according to the contact sites, should be either 8.3 or 8.7) My prescription has "Cyl" (both are -0.25) and "Axis" (013 and 176).
And then on my prescription it says, "PD:64/60"? This is horribly confusing. I wonder if I some bizarre eye type...

Oh, wait... I get it. :D Just ignore me. I think I must need toric :?: lenses. I wish I hadn't thrown out my last box... curses!
