Richard Simmons Sweating To The Oldies!!!

I know I am nuts. I saw it at Savers and had to get it. I love the oldies even though my mom makes fun of me and thought this would be another fun workout!

Oh and also wanted to share my 2 FAVORITE aerobics videos are the ones I have been doing since middle school one of my moms old Jane Fonda Videos with high and low impact (they crack me up!) and Jennie Garth (90210 Kelly) high and low impact. I love em to death and they have worked better than any newer ones I have tried. Just thought I would share =)

I also have sweatin to the oldies and I love it. People may laugh but it really is a serious workout!! :D

Oh wow...I had that years ago...now I want to go to Wally world and see if I can find it on DVD...it was so much fun...and man was it a workout!!!

It isn't nuts. It is actually alot of fun. I have Disco Sweat and love it. I think I am going to hunt down that tape and start using it again now that you mention it... We can "sweat" together!

I may go E-bay and find a Sweatin to the Oldies as well.
