Has anyone else discover their nails are healthier? Mine are actually growing!!

Geez, hon. I thought you were going to tell us you'd discovered some new carb-free, calorie-free yummy food. :( Don't get me all excited. :lol:

Nails, eh? I've never had nail problems... they keep growing, and I keep cutting them off...

Now that you mention it, I have noticed that my nails are better. I have very thin nails that would break/crack/tear at anything. I started taking better care of myself and making sure that I had a fingernail file handy so I wouldn't be tempted to chew off the uneven parts, so I had figured that was why...but they do feel a smidgen more sturdy then awhile ago.

havent noticed my nails but boy does my skin look better!
