Looking for some help with a journal please
Chicks (and any lurking roosters)
I want to make myself a food journal to show the SBD meals and how we are supposed to balance them. Like for example Breakfast on P2 should be 1 Fat (1 tsp), half a cup of veggies, protein, optional starch, etc I want to make a box for each so I can mark off for each meal each food group I ate. I'm finding this hard to describe. I dont know whether I need to use Excel, or make a table in word - do any of you have any suggestions or can guide me through making a journal? I'd like to be able to print it off so I can fill it in by hand as I go through the day. Thanks |
I use www.fitday.com but an Excel table would work as well.
