Glycemic Index Lists??
Does anyone have any good websites or links to a comprehensive glycemix index list or database? I've been searching for a while now and haven't found a good one. It would be much appreciated since I'm in P2 and want to make healthy choices. Thanks!

This one is pretty good.
http://www.glycemicindex.com/ Click on database and you'll come to a page where you can search for a specific item. It's an Australian website, so things might be called something a little different, with different brands. I like that it also gives glycemic load numbers. |
This is in the FAQ as well. http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=36544
