What is up with everyone today??? You are all so quiet...This is not the typical day at the beach.

Got alots of things done,even though I had a late start this morning. I made a big bowl of veggie soup and a plum tart for my Dh :woo: birthday tomorrow.

The veggie soup is for me. I read somewhere that eating veggie soup before your reg meal can help you to lose :cb:weight faster. So I'm going to get it a try.
