is this ok?
i have this Amys organic burrito on my freezer and i was wondering if it was sbd friendly the ingredients are: organic pinto beans,organic whole wheat and wheat flour, filtered water, organic brown rice, organic tomatoes, chedder and jack cheeses, safflower oil, sweet rice flour
it has 280 cal and 8 g fat 1 gsugar everything seems ok except mabe the wheat flour what do you guys think? |

Ang, even on Phase II, I probably wouldn't have that more than once a week as a "treat". It may slow down your weight loss. :shrug: (sounds really yummy, though!)

Amy's burritos are so good! I love all the amy's stuff. I had just bought a few new vegetarian dishes before I started SBD so I had to put them away into the deep freezer for awhile. :-(
