Single serving of break. cheesecake??

Does anyone know the recipe for a single serving or something smaller than making a huge pan of it? What are thoughs on if this is good??

Anyone have a recipe for "reg" dessert cheesecake or the same??
Thanks!

I made this recipe and divided it by 3 and it still made a ton of batter. I got six little muffin tins out of it. I'd suggest dividing by 6. For example you'd use 24 oz Neuf. cheese 24/6 = 4. 8 oz crm chz 8/6 = 2/3 (I'd just round to one) etc. I'd estimate it will be enough for 2 people.

I have seen several people talk about the breakfast cheesecake on here since I started on this site. Most of them bake it in cupcake papers and then freeze it. They all have said that it freezes really well and they can just grab a couple out for breakfast each day.

I haven't made it yet but it is tomorrow's cooking project for me along with Barb's clam chowder (P2 recipe).

This is good to know, I was planning on making it this week for me and my dad in the morning. I definately don't have ten muffin tins lying around. Is two "cupcakes" the serving size, then? I planned on making like a half batch and freezing them to be our on-the-go breakfast for a few days.

I will be trying them soon, thanks!!
Hopefully they turn out yummy, I have been pleastently surprised with most of the OP recipes. The only thing I have tried and didnt like at all was the mock french toast.

Kimberly- try the Belgian Waffles. I think they're close to the french toast, but I really enjoyed them, and the waffle shape really fools you- they taste incredibly similar to real waffles, especially with some SF syrup!

Good stuff!

I made the breakfast cheesecake, divided the recipe by 3, and got 12 reg. sized muffins (cupcakes) out of them. Baked as directed above, but I used eggbeaters.
Thinking about trying these with some raspberry SF jelly- YUM!!
Oh, and I figured out that two of them = 150 calories. Rock on! :)

Will try them thanks! Did you bake them with the cupcake sheets? Sorry I am not much of a cook! How did you like em?

Muffin pans with those little baking paper sprayed with pam.

Thanks!

I made these yesterday. I can't use any of the atificial sweeteners so I just left it out. Also I made it with all fat free cheese because I can't find the other kind in my area. They are really very yummy. :T If you aren't a cheese cake lover don't know that you would like it the way I made it.

I used the cupcake wrappers and the muffin tins but I didn't spray the wrappers with anything and they come out of them just fine.

I think I am going to cut the recipe in half next time because it sure does make a very large batch.

I am thinking that I might use them for evening snack as a dessert in addition to sometimes for breakfast and put a teaspoon of simply fruit spread on them making them a P2 dessert. :T

SF jelly is OK in P1 as long as you count it toward your sweet treats. They ARE delish- I felt like I was having dessert for breakfast!

How do they count Dairy wise 1 serving or 2

KimberlyHeidi 07-18-2005 03:30 PM

Karla pass me some!
