Are soy nuts really roasted soy beans? :?:

(sorry, as you can tell, I HATE the things -- but yes, they are soy beans :lol: )

ok,,,so why are they a limit of 1/4 cup a day?

They are considered nuts and nuts must be limited. They are high in calories. Check out the Food List in the FAQ if you've not already done so. Soy beans are limited too. When soy beans are roasted, they shrink so the daily serving is 1/4 cup.

I did check there..but how can they be beans & nuts? I am confused.

They are legumes and are just called nuts when they are roasted.
Try not to lose any sleep over this or you'll drive yourself nuts! :grouphug:

Ok, so I tried these....and....YOu were right Jenne...YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was gonna say I tried them the other day and didnt like em at all. I am addicted to my almond munchies. I get them and then put them in tiny little ziplock baggies so I dont go over bc if I eat them out of the bag I will eat them all!
