New Beach chick!
 

Hello everyone,

I will be starting today the South Beach..I have the book and also gathered some useful info on here ..thank you for sharing it . This will be my 3rd time to stick with South Beach plan. I have a pen pal who is doing the plan and had said her cravings are gone..So, I am going to do this and really stick with it, no matter how tough. I know that I can do it!

About me.. I am 38, single, not married, no kids, living in New Jersey. I need to loose 100 plus Lbs..am at 412. I am struggling all my life with weight and am hoping South Beach can help me loose my cravings.

There are some great success stories here. Laurie has lost over 100 pounds, Barb and Peggy have done wonderfully well... and there are a bunch of others, too!
