I need help

  • kinda related to my previous post but here's my situation... as i said i have very little food in my house. so here's the quest. i am on phase 1. i've listed below what i have in my bare cupboards. if anyone can come up with some meal ideas (esp. breakfast) it would be really helpful

    1/2 can diced tomatoes
    1 can artichoke hearts
    lentils
    black beans (dry)
    white beans (dry)
    a bit of peanut butter
    soy sauce, dijon etc.
    celery
    green peppers
    broccoli
    yogurt
    silken tofu

    i hope someone can help me!
  • If I understand it correctly, you are a vegan? Maybe it would help if you post what you usually eatfor breakfast. I would think that the tofu and brocolli could be eaten for breakfast or the yogurt. Celery and peanut butter for snack.
  • i am a pesco vegetarian ( i still eat seafood and poultry). the silken tofu is no good for scrambled tofu because its too soft.

    argh... i htae being broke.
  • I don't treat breakfast any differently then any of my other meals. Today I had beans with cheese and mushrooms. Yesterday I have chicken and green beans. It's just a meal.
