Beer

  • Ok chicks! I know I have MIA a few days. Been crazy at work.
    But I have a question.
    Had some beer last and the weekend before. I know it is not allowed, but, you know how things happen in good company.
    Seeing as I had it 2 weekends in a row, should I just start over on P1?
    I have not changed my eating, except with a SB bar here and there, and I have stalled at my 4lbs.

    I'll bet you see a good drop in weight if you stick with it.
  • Hi Wenchy, I was wonderin where you were .... ah, nothin better than a cold beer on a hot day! But sigh, it is the highest GI of all, (Dang it!)
  • I know! I know! My strategy is to not have any beer in the fridge and it's just terrible warm! It will really screw weightloss so please avoid it if you want to lose. Phase I is very unforgiving!
  • Well, my 2 weeks on P1 was up when I had the beer. The good news I didnt have any cravngs from it.
