Monday - 1 Hour Circuit Training (alternate a group of weight lifting moves with intensive cardio) -

Thursday - Ball Ab Exercises, 30 minutes elliptical training @ 80% of maximum heart rate (high intensity) -

Friday - 1 Hour Circuit Training -

Saturday - Leslie Sansone's Walk and Kick DVD
DONE
Sunday - Ball Ab Exercises, 30 minutes elliptical machine @ 70% max. heart rate (moderate intensity)
