Since this is now my official journal, let me post my workout routine for the week:
Monday - 1 Hour Circuit Training (alternate a group of weight lifting moves with intensive cardio) - DONE Tuesday - 30 minutes interval cardio on the elliptical machine; 5 minutes stretching - DONE Wednesday - 1 Hour Circuit Training - DONE Thursday - Ball Ab Exercises, 30 minutes elliptical training @ 80% of maximum heart rate (high intensity) - DONE Friday - 1 Hour Circuit Training - DONE Saturday - Leslie Sansone's Walk and Kick DVD DONE Sunday - Ball Ab Exercises, 30 minutes elliptical machine @ 70% max. heart rate (moderate intensity) Missed :( Donna |
Just completed the first week of Phase 1 and thought I'd share my results:
I've lost 5lbs and one inch from my waist :D This plan is really working for me and I cheated a bit yesterday and had some carbs (but not too much). Donna |
