Just a quick fruit question
On phase 2....Is watermelon ok in a limit of 1 cup a day?

Tammy, watermelon is one of the few fruits on the "foods to avoid" list. You shouldn't eat it in any phase...it's very high in sugar. :(
You can have cantalopes, peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines, and grapes, though...all yummy summer fruits. :) |
All the berry family is good too from what I ahve read!! Strawberries are great right now. When I finished Phase 1 on the first night I made the chocolate dipped Strawberries....oh my gosh they were wonderful treat!!!!
