Sugar Free Instant Pudding
 

Ok. My mama swiped all my SF jello for some 'fluff' she made for a work function. I have no idea if it is OP for P1. Help please.
One of first to last ingredients is partially hydrogentated cottonseed oil.
If I made it, it would be with skim milk.

It is wonderful for phase 2 but it has starches in it and should not be used in phase 1.

Wenchy, I'm confused as to what the question is. You want to know if you can have SF instant pudding or if you can have your mom's fluff? :?:

If the question is about pudding, no you can't have it in P1. In P2, you can. Same deal with the pre-made SF pudding cups...no-no in P1, fine in P2. Try making some J-Ello, buying more, or having NSA popsicles or fudgesicles instead. :)

Fluff is a container of cool whip, a box of sf jello or pudding and some fruit In juices not syrup, drained).
We used to make it for my papa all time, since he was diabetic.
