Newbie on board!

I'm new to SB (on 2nd day). I recently switched from Atkins to SB.
I look forward to getting to know everyone. :)

BTW, I love all of the great information (stickies) that's here. It's going to help me tremendously. :)

Welcome!!! This is truly the diet to do!!! Easy easy, but I must confess Phase I was easier than Phase II, because introducing things back is really causing major triggers!!! Fruit is a huge one for me, but everybody is so different!

Anyway, glad to have you here w/ us!!! ;)
