I'm finding new recipes, new momentum for exercise, new enjoyment in the moment! How about you? How is this week better than the last?

You made me stop and think: "how is this week better than the last?"

Well, more organizing and planning of my time (less waste of time). Plans for summer vacation time (all 73 delicious days!). More progress in the garden, and a cleaner house. I can see a thread here: organization equals contentment! :lol:

This month
(1)I am FINALLY going to have a garage sale & take care of some leftover home improvement projects that I have been avoiding (or make the hubby get off of his rusty-dusty ;) )
(2)Also, I have decided that June will be the month that I make it through a Tae-Bo dvd without wanting to slap the people in the video who seem to be having an easier time than I am :lol:

This week is better than last. Definitely. I screwed up bigtime last week, and gained back the 4 pounds I'd lost. :rolleyes:
But that's okay. I'm back on Phase I, and I have something to spur me on. I'm having a shower for my sister in a month, and I'm going to be slimmer and fitter for it! This is the month I start exercising again!!! :cheer:

I do recognize that I lose control when I'm tired, and I'm really going to watch that this month. If I need a nap, I'm going to take one. I tend to run myself dry, and that's when I eat. :yes:
