Yogurt Question
Ok...the book says 4 oz. of non-fat, artificially sweetened yogurt?
It seems that all yogurt comes in 6 oz. containers... So, is it detrimental to eat the extra 2 ounces? Sorry, it's kind of a dumb question, but it's just been bothering me! Thanks ladies~ |
I'm sure some people stick to this firmly but I have to admit that I eat the entire 6 ounces and always have.

Amy, some yogurts come in 4 oz containers. The Carb Control ones do.
Personally, I didn't like all the other crap that they put in the little cartons (things like gelatin???) so I switched to organic plain yogurt. I eat 8oz a day mixed with SF syrup or SF Jam (in Phase II). I haven't had any problems. The guidelines for losing belly fat using dairy are 3 8oz servings of milk or yogurt a day. I drink two 8 oz servings of skim milk and eat one 8 oz serving of yogurt. :) |
