Well, I'm on day 11 of Phase I and I can already fit into shorts from last summer that I could barely close 3 weeks ago, woohooo!!!! Sorry girls, I do NOT own a scale so can't say the lbs. lost, BUT I can definately monitor w/ my clothes from last summer because that was my goal. Now I just want them to feel really loose so I'm trucking onward and upward.

I'm here checking the forum everyday and it's just so gosh darrrn encouraging....thank-you to each of you for your tips and wonderful recipes & well....cheerleading!!!!

Yes, I HATE scales...hello you can be 2 lbs. overnight due to that friendly monthly visitor!! That's just not cool, so I'll just wait until my shorts are nice and loose before I get tooo excited, hee hee!!!

Well thanks PHinsUp!!! Too funny, and yes scales are so DUMB!!! Since I don't have mucho to lose, I just figured the scale thing would really tick me off....how many times have you stepped on the scale to see no loss or **** even a gain, then 3 days later you step on and you're down 3-5 lbs. It is beyond frustrating. Clothing is the best way for me to tell!
