Yogurt Question...
Hi Ladies,
Quick question...I believe I remember the book saying that you're allowed 4 oz. of non fat, artificially sweetened yogurt. So...I'm sitting here with a container of the right stuff...but it's 6 oz. What do you guys think? Is the extra 2 oz. of yogurt detrimental? (I'm never seen 4 oz. packages!) Kind of a silly question, but I've just been wondering... |
I was going by the rule of 2-3 cups of milk product per day, which includes yogurt. I would think that as long as you stayed within that for dairy (phase I anyway), that you're fine. 6 oz would be within that range. Hope that helps!

Thanks!

Amy, I think it actually is 6 oz. I use plain yogurt and sweeten it with SF syrup or SF jam, and I have a cup every day. It hasn't hurt my weight loss.
The guidelines for losing belly fat using dairy are three 8 oz servings of yogurt or milk each day. :dunno: |
