Hi all,

Today is my late day at work so I'm checking in late.

I don't have time to post to everyone but let me say

YEAH LAURIE! Woooo Hoo!!! What a wonder post you have. You should be proud of the progress you've made.

I ate the last of my Atkins Ice Cream bars last night! I'm not buying anymore. It is just too tempting at night and who needs 16 grams of fat before bed?

Me again,

Are we allowed Mandarin Oranges on Phase II? 1/4 cup?

It's after 3 so...good afternoon. I've got dd next to me so it's hard to respond to everyone. So far we've had a good and busy morning. I've been op but I've also been stalled at 155.5 for 5 days. I started phase 2 anyway.

Hi Laurie:)

I'm not really stressed:stress: over my weight loss,it just that stupid:doh: scale doesn't want to move down. It seem to hang in the same spot all the time. Thanks:thanks: for your concern. We were lucky:lucky: this time, our town didn't get the brunt of the storm. The beachs are safe also,no :nono: debris. The only thing the storm left was the cold  weather we're having now.Hoping to bundle up and walk along the beach over the weekend.

Hugs :) BB

Amy, if it was an actual Mandarin orange, fresh, yes. In a can, no way. They are packed in syrup and full of sugar...I'd avoid them. They aren't in the GFGCG, but several other canned fruits are. They all say very limited for light syrup or natural juice. Try using regular oranges, cut in half. I've done that for a couple of recipes. Yum! :T :thanks: for the lovely thoughts! :grouphug:

BB, I love cold walks on the beach! Especially if it means that the beach is deserted...nothing like having it to yourself! :cloud9:

I love edamame - yum, yum.... great thing to snack on. I like then cold too (after you've boiled them...)

I served them at Girl Scout's Thinking Day and the girls loved them!
