I'm trying not to think about all the bad things I ate yesterday (which is when I celebrated my birthday since I had to work today). Doing good on not really have bad cravings today, but I am pretty hungry. I should be good in a couple days, though!
If you find that you are having trouble, just do Phase 1 for 3 days or so. But I bet you might be able to make it through without any cravings. Lots of water, okay?
