I weighed this morning, I'm down 9 pounds!!!!!
I feel so good about myself today. :goodscale:
I think it's time to throw some exercize into the mix. See what some walking will do. I know there will be a slow down in phase 2, I'm on ph 1 for another week. I made dh come in a look at the scale for verification!!! :lol:

I just had to share! Hope everyone is having a great weekend. We're off to open houses today!!!!!

I can fit back into size 16 jeans today! Granted, they are a little snug but hubby says they look fine (he's biased, though) I've been living in one pair of size 18 and some sweat pants at home for months. I don't really feel any different, I guess that will come later. I'm thrilled that soon I'll be under 180!!!!!! I haven't seen anything lower than 185 in years!!!!!!!!! I went to my Mom & Dad's house this weekend and they were both going on and on about how much you could tell I have lost! I can fit into stuff I haven't been able to wear for years and I am so happy!

Keep it up! You will just continue to lose more. Even if you don't see a scale victory, what has amazed me is the inches falling off. The inches are incredible!

Congrats!! That is great news!

YEAH!!!! You are such a great motivation to do this. After working at it for almost a year, I forget how great it felt to actually lose.

Soon you will have to take a new picture and let us see the difference!
