My 1 yr Anniversary on SBD!!

Tomorrow is my 1 year start date on South Beach!! :D

I'm so happy with this plan and my progress that I hope to be able to share my success and my support with you here.

I have not had any sugar or white flour(except for Dreamfields Pasta) in the whole year!! This is astounding to me!!

I've lost 89 lbs and have 25 lbs to go to get to my goal. I am going to get there!!

South Beach is a fabulous food plan!! I have been spending alot of time at a site that is mostly Atkins people and I'm so tired of beign apologetic for doing South Beach, than I'm looking to be around others who are loving this plan too!! ;)
