I'm Jenn and I'm new to SB too. These ladies are wonderful! My hubby and I are following the plan and so far, we're happy with it. I just wish these cravings would go away!!!!
Don't hesitate to ask these ladies anything. They are great inspiration!

I have been on the SB diet for 3 weeks and am doing good.I haven't lost as much as my hubby but I feel better.So far I have had few if any cravings. I am trying new recipes all the time.That helps.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes! I just started Sunday. My friend and his wife at work started last week and he lost 10 pounds his wife lost 9 pounds in one week!! I had to give this a go and so far it has been great. I have been making new foods and trying different things too. Even my kids eat what I am eating so they are finally eating healthy! I just feel so full after I eat I dont even feel like I am on a diet. I hope it works for me like it has for so many people here!
