My aunt just asked if she can have pinto beans in the first two weeks. I think she can but I wanted to ask you guys to make sure first.

Do you have the updated phase 1 list of foods? It's in the F & Q section. Maybe you could print it and send it to her. I was talkin with my Mom's Pator the other day and she just started it and had no idea about all the food changes so I printed her out a copy from here and gave it to her. It is a big help! lol We can always use more foods to enjoy! haha
