3lbs gone!!
good evening everyone
ive been gone a few days because of work and hubby is home for weekend. which usually for me means eating out alot so all dieting during the week kinda goes down the tubes but so far i havent done too bad. 3lbs gone this week which really is a goooood thing for me i havent lost in months and months and using alot of the good advice i got here seems to have paid off. well hubby is up and we are gonna go visit grandbabies so catch you all later
