I'm in. I am really going to try to be better this month. I do need to make sure that I get in better shape. AND here's my better monthly start:

I wanna join, too! Will ANY exercise do? I will most likely combine T-tapp, walking and wt. training. My goal will be 800 min.

Mar 1- T-tapp, IT 1&2 = 75 min.
Mar 2- weight trained while watching Oprah... 50 min.
Mar 3- t-mill 45 min. @ 8.5 incline; 28 min. @ 2.0 incline x 28 min. = 73 min
Mar 4- t-mill 45 min. @ 8.5, ow, my buns hurt are sore :D
Mar 5- 0 mins.
Mar 6- 0 mins.
Mar 7- 0
Mar 8- 0
Mar 9- 0
Mar 10- 0
Mar 11- 0
Mar 12- 0 (dangerous pattern happening here!)
Mar 13- 0
