I am new
 

;) Hello all,

I am new here, Just started SBD today (for the second time). I ate healthily on the SBD about a year and a half ago and lost 25 pounds. I have gained 5 of it back, and have been awful the last 6 months or so with my eating habits. I just got through a divorce, am dating a wonderful new man, and am ready to do something for myself. I look forward to losing the weight and being 106 lbs (I have a very small frame) as I was only 5 years ago. I look forward to the support that everyone here in this forum gives to each other.

I'm glad to see you are doing this for YOURSELF not to show the ex or impress the new sweetie. In the end, all we really have is ourselves.
