Default Thank You So Much For That Article

about Low carb products . I ignorantly bought a low carb ice cream that had 270 cal,21 gr fats,sat 13 gr,chol 140g sod 130g,total carbs 17g diety fiber 5g ,suagr 3g, and other carbs 5g sugar alcohol 4 gr.YIKES . I didn't read the label, just that the price was right I pick it up,and me with a CHOLESTROL Problem . I than preceeded to throw it out by melted it into the sink. Going to shop a little smarter in the furture. Hugs BB

Definitely: Always read the labels! My cousin is Director of Nutrition for Pritiken, and says never trust the front of a product's container -- to only rely on the nutritional information!
