I'm back at Phase I. I never really left it, just went totally off track on Sunday. I knew this w/e had the potential to bust me and it did. I gained 3 pounds since I weighed me last Thursday.
By going back to Phase 1 completely,just try a few days will do the trick and don't forget about your exercising.It worked a wonder for me as I Upped my activity from 60 mins to 90 mins and I lossing again. Hugs BB
