How much sf jello can we eat per day? I have a sweet tooth the size of Texas and this is the only thing I've found that will curb my cravings for sugar.

I've only been eating a spoonfull here and there and then maybe a couple of spoonfulls every other night.

Enjoy up to 75 calories per day. Which really is quite a few sf jello calories.

According to the label, there are 10 calories per serving, and in each box, there are 4 servings, so you can eat almost two boxes and be all right. =)
