Birthday while on Phase I
 

Tomorrow is my hubby's birthday :hb: . He says "it's just another day" and "I don't want to do anything special", etc. We are stuck at home due to the huge amounts of snow dumped on us in the last few days. I was wondering if anyone has anything they suggest that I can make that would be special for his birthday. We are still on Phase I. I appreciate your suggestions!!

It really depends on what you have in the house.

How about a nice dinner - small steak/chicken breast, lots of veggies, salad, candle light, soft music?

How about a SF jello/FF cool-whip type dessert in a pretty glass? Or a ricotta dessert?

How about a nice backrub or umm some other "special" favor ;)

You could also let him know how much you appreciate him and are proud of him for changing his lifestyle with you.

I know you will think of something to make his day special.

I think the candle lit dinner sounds like a nice way to have a birthday supper, you could dress up a and pretend you are at a resturant. I am sure he will love what ever you come up with,

You ladies are right, I will just make our dinner special by being together. I may ask him if he wants me to try the cheesecake squares that are on the board since he likes cheesecake so much. He is such a sweetie!
