New to the SBD
 

Hello,

I thought that I would take the time to introduce myself. I'm about to begin the SBD with my sister and her fiance in anticipation for my sister's wedding in July. I am 5'4" and I currently weight 169 pounds. My goal weight is 120 to 125 pounds overall, but I would like to lose at least 15 pounds before the wedding. I look forward to reading past and new posts, and good luck to everyone.
