I have watched the Low Carb & Lovin It show, and my main gripe with it is that there does seem to be a lot of high fat recipes. Things like heavy cream and real butter are staples in his recipes. But as Bunnababy mentioned, most of his recipes would be easily adaptable by using low-fat versions of these types of ingredients.
I am a Food Network junkie, and I love Rachel Ray, too. If you are interested in finding recipes from either of these shows or any other show on that channel, go to
http://www.foodnetwork.com/ and find the "Find a TV Show" drop down box on the left side of the page. Most of these shows list recipes from the last couple of weeks on their respective pages. Some of my favorites are 30 Minute Meals, Calorie Commando, Cooking Thin, Good Eats, and Low Carb & Lovin It. Just be sure to read their recipes with your SBD goggles on.
