Lately I've been thinking about this topic, Before and After pictures, and it seems others have also since the subject has come up recently.
I was looking back in the archives hoping to find some sandy Beach inspiration pics and didn't come across any. I know that 3FC has the Success forum, and some of the other WOL plans have their own "before and after photos" stickies and so forth.
I would find it highly motivational to see some pics of those who have already reached goal, as well as of those who are still a work in progress. Anybody else?
What a good idea! Before and after photos are so inspiring to me. You see the before and after weight but it does not tell the story like a photo! I would be willing to post mine. Give me inspiration to meet my goal! teehee
I love this idea! What a great way to stay motivated! I love to see before and after photos they help me see that all things are achievable even this stuborn thing called weightloss! I would be willing to post my partial loss! ( Hey somes better then none)
Hi, ladies! DH took some photos of me last month at 95 lbs down. I posted them in the gallery and would love to see your pictures!!! I especially want to see Peggy...(hint...hint...)
Hi, I'm Santa (in the forums I'm still ImNotSanta, but in the journals I was able to change it), confusing? just call me Santa. Anyway, I posted 3 images to the South Beach gallery. 1 at 307 pounds, then 1 at 230 and 1 at 219. I need another at 208, hope to have it tomorrow. I haven't been very active in the forums, but I have done some lurking. I have been keeping a weekly log in the journals section and I have a blog site that mirrors it. http://mjsdietblog.blogspot.com/
Hope my images motivates someone, if you have any questions I'll try to help.
Take care.
Santa - Looookin' Gooood! Nice pics. Way to go on your weight loss. You're doing so well, you'll be at goal in no time. Looks like you decided to lose the beard too. I guess you might need to keep "I'mNotSanta" as your screen name after all - haha!
Okay, I finally have added a picture of my family. I have so few pictures of myself that I like but this one came out okay. My son set the timer on his new digital camera and then came running and jumped on our laps.
